Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within Canada only.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free on all online store orders. There is no minimum purchase required unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Any applicable shipping, handling, taxes or other mandatory charges will be disclosed before you submit your order.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and prepared for shipment during regular business days.

Once your shipping label has been created, you will receive an email containing your Canada Post tracking number.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been shipped and do not include order-processing time.

Delivery Time

Orders ship from Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Orders are typically expected to arrive within approximately 2 to 8 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and Canada Post service levels.

The applicable delivery estimate or delivery arrangements will be provided before or in connection with your order.

Delivery times are estimates only unless a specific guaranteed delivery date is expressly stated. Delays may occur because of carrier delays, weather, service disruptions or circumstances outside the reasonable control of Men’s Health Clinic Manitoba.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your shipping label has been created.

Tracking information can be accessed through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded outer packaging.

Nothing on the outside of the parcel identifies Men’s Health Clinic Manitoba or the contents of your order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your tracking information shows no movement for 7 business days, please contact us at accounting@mhclinic.ca.

We will contact Canada Post and open a trace where appropriate.

If the carrier confirms that the parcel has been lost, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacing the order or issuing a refund.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.

If a parcel is returned to us because the shipping address provided at checkout was incomplete or incorrect, the order may be cancelled and the eligible purchase price refunded to the original payment method, less any reasonable return-to-sender, reshipping or handling costs actually incurred by Men’s Health Clinic Manitoba, where permitted by law.

You may then place a new order using the correct shipping address.

No deduction will apply where the return resulted from an error by Men’s Health Clinic Manitoba or where applicable law does not permit the deduction.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns

Because many products sold through our online store are personal health, hygiene or medical products, we can only accept ordinary returns when the product is:

• unopened;
• unused;
• in its original sealed packaging; and
• requested for return within 14 days of the delivery date.

This return policy is in addition to any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Opened Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, products generally cannot be returned after their sealed packaging has been opened, even if the product has not been used.

This restriction does not apply where:

• the product is damaged or defective;
• the wrong product was supplied;
• an applicable warranty applies; or
• a return, refund, replacement or other remedy is required by law.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email accounting@mhclinic.ca and include:

• your order number;
• the product you would like to return; and
• the reason for the return.

We will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization.

Please do not send products back before receiving return instructions. Products returned without authorization may experience delays in processing.

Return Shipping

For ordinary discretionary returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for the product until it is received by Men’s Health Clinic Manitoba.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

If a return is required because:

• we sent the wrong product;
• the product was damaged in transit;
• the product was defective; or
• applicable law or warranty obligations require us to cover the return,

Men’s Health Clinic Manitoba will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and assessed.

If the product qualifies for a refund, we will refund the eligible purchase price and applicable taxes to the original payment method.

Refunds are normally processed within 5 to 10 business days after approval.

Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time before the credit appears on your account.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged, we sent you the wrong product, or you discover that a product appears to be faulty on arrival, please contact accounting@mhclinic.ca as soon as reasonably possible and, where possible, within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• your order number;
• a description of the issue; and
• photographs where appropriate.

Depending on the circumstances, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, warranty process or other remedy.

Reporting an issue outside the requested 7-day period does not eliminate any statutory warranty or other legal rights that may apply.

Product Warranties

Some products, including certain medical devices, may include a manufacturer’s warranty.

If you experience a problem with a product covered by a warranty, please contact Men’s Health Clinic Manitoba at accounting@mhclinic.ca so we can assist with the appropriate warranty process.

In some cases, the manufacturer may provide warranty assessment, replacement or service directly.

Manufacturer warranties are in addition to any statutory warranties, conditions or other rights that may apply under consumer protection legislation.

Nothing in these policies excludes, restricts or limits any warranty, condition, consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or limited.

Cancelling an Order

You may request to cancel an order for a full refund at any time before the shipping label has been created.

Please email accounting@mhclinic.ca as soon as possible.

We will confirm whether the order can still be cancelled before shipment.

This cancellation policy is in addition to any cancellation rights available under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Store Terms of Sale

Application of These Terms

These Store Terms of Sale apply to products purchased through the Men’s Health Clinic Manitoba online store at mhclinic.ca.

They apply to online retail purchases and are separate from the terms, policies, consent forms and other requirements that apply to medical care provided by Men’s Health Clinic Manitoba.

Before completing your purchase, you will have an opportunity to access these Store Terms of Sale and the applicable Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies.

By submitting your order, you acknowledge that you have had access to these policies and agree that they form part of your purchase agreement, subject to applicable law.

Who Can Order

You must have reached the age of majority in your province or territory of residence and be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products shown in your order.

Before you submit your order, you will be given an opportunity to review the products ordered and the applicable price, taxes, charges and total amount payable.

An order is accepted when we send you confirmation that the order has been accepted or shipped.

We may decline or cancel an order before shipment if, for example:

• a product is unavailable;
• a price, product description or other material information was published in error;
• payment cannot be completed;
• billing or shipping information cannot reasonably be verified;
• we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity; or
• completing the sale would violate applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the amount paid for the cancelled product or order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Product Availability

Products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to your cart does not guarantee availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you and provide a refund for the unavailable item unless another arrangement is agreed upon.

Prices, Fees and Taxes

All prices are stated in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable federal and provincial or territorial sales taxes will be calculated and shown at checkout according to the applicable tax rules and delivery destination.

Any mandatory shipping, delivery, handling or other charges payable to Men’s Health Clinic Manitoba will be disclosed before you submit your order.

The total amount payable will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Payment

Online card payments are processed through Stripe.

Your payment information is entered directly into Stripe’s secure payment system.

Men’s Health Clinic Manitoba does not receive or store your complete credit or debit card number through the online store.

We may receive limited payment information from Stripe, including:

• confirmation that payment was successful;
• payment status;
• card type; and
• the last four digits of the card number.

Your card is charged when your order is placed unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Products and Medical Information

Products available through our online store may include wellness products, personal health products and medical devices.

Information provided on the website, including product descriptions, educational information and instructions, is provided for general informational purposes only.

It is not intended to replace individualized medical advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

A product being available for purchase through Men’s Health Clinic Manitoba does not mean that it is appropriate or suitable for every person or medical condition.

If you are uncertain whether a product is appropriate for you, please speak with an appropriate qualified healthcare professional before purchasing or using the product.

Always read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions, warnings, contraindications and other information supplied with the product.

No Physician-Patient Relationship

Purchasing a product through the Men’s Health Clinic Manitoba online store does not, by itself, establish a physician-patient or other healthcare provider-patient relationship with Men’s Health Clinic Manitoba or any of its healthcare providers.

An online store purchase does not constitute an individualized medical assessment, diagnosis, prescription or treatment recommendation unless a separate clinical assessment has expressly taken place.

Product Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and prices are accurate and current.

Product packaging, appearance or minor specifications may change from time to time because of manufacturer changes.

If an error materially affects a product you have ordered, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, which may include cancelling the affected item and issuing a refund.

Warranty

Products may be covered by warranties provided by their manufacturer.

Men’s Health Clinic Manitoba will also comply with any statutory warranties, conditions and other obligations that apply under consumer protection legislation.

If you have a warranty concern, please contact accounting@mhclinic.ca.

We may coordinate the warranty process with the manufacturer where appropriate, but nothing in these Terms removes any responsibility Men’s Health Clinic Manitoba has as the seller where such responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Men’s Health Clinic Manitoba will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from an online store purchase where such losses were not reasonably foreseeable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or limits:

• liability that cannot legally be excluded;
• a statutory warranty or condition;
• a consumer protection right; or
• any other remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or limited.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these policies limits, waives or excludes any mandatory right, warranty, condition, remedy or cancellation right available to you under applicable consumer protection legislation.

If any provision of these policies conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the applicable legal requirement will govern to the extent of that conflict.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Manitoba, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of your province or territory of residence.

We may update these Store Terms and related online store policies from time to time.

The version in effect when you place your order will generally apply to that order, subject to applicable law.

Men’s Health Clinic Manitoba does not receive or store your complete card number through the online store.

We may receive limited information associated with the transaction, including:

• confirmation that payment was successful;
• payment status;
• card type; and
• the last four digits of the card number.

Shipping and Delivery

Information reasonably required to deliver your order may be shared with Canada Post and other service providers involved in fulfilling or delivering the order.

This may include your:

• name;
• shipping address;
• telephone number;
• email address; and
• other information reasonably required to create, deliver and track the shipment.

We limit information shared with service providers to what is reasonably necessary for the services they provide.

Service providers are also subject to their own applicable legal and privacy obligations.

Order Records

We retain online order records only for as long as reasonably required or permitted for purposes including:

• fulfilling the transaction;
• accounting and taxation;
• returns and refunds;
• warranty administration;
• fraud prevention;

Online retail order records are maintained separately from Men’s Health Clinic Manitoba clinical medical records unless information appropriately needs to become part of a clinical record in connection with healthcare provided to you.

You may also ask questions about our privacy practices or request deletion of personal information where we are not legally required or otherwise permitted to retain it.
