Clinic appointments may be cancelled with a minimum 48 hours notice or are subject to a cancellation fee of $100 with the exception of the no-scalpel vasectomy that can be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. Missed appointments will result in a charge of $100.
Clinic procedures including injections, cystoscopy or shockwave therapy may be cancelled with a minimum 48 hours notice or are subject to a cancellation fee of $200.
Surgical procedures including rezum, vasectomy reversals, sperm retrievals, cosmetic urologic and genital refinement surgery require at least 4 weeks notice of cancellation or they will be subject to a cancellation fee of your deposit (25%).
We are conveniently located in South Winnipeg in the Seasons of Tuxedo shopping centre. We have free parking available directly in front of our clinic.

In addition to in-person appointments, our clinic offers virtual appointments to minimize unnecessary visits.
All of our staff are fully vaccinated and follow the recommendations from Manitoba Health including mandatory masks for all practitioners, patients and visitors.
We intentionally minimize the number of patients coming to clinic each hour to promote social distancing and all staff are trained on appropriate infection prevention.
